What can Creative Labyrinth brand or make?
The current range includes clothing, mugs, pens, power banks, lanyards, key chains, hampers, banners, signage, business cards, script pads and custom 3D-printed pieces. If your item is not listed, send a photo or description and ask.
What can be 3D printed?
The examples shown are personalised name keyrings. Other small custom pieces may also be possible depending on the shape, size, colour, quantity and available reference or design file. Send the idea first so feasibility can be confirmed before quoting.
Can I request both corporate and personalised gifts?
Yes. Creative Labyrinth handles corporate gift requests as well as personalised items for people and occasions. Minimum quantities can vary by item and branding method, so they are confirmed in the quote.
What artwork files should I send?
Send the best logo or artwork file you have. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are ideal; a high-resolution PNG may also work. We will confirm whether the file is production-ready before anything is made.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the item, quantity, branding method, artwork readiness and current production schedule. Include your required date in the brief and the feasible turnaround will be confirmed before approval.
Can you help if my artwork needs setup?
Include that in the brief. Creative Labyrinth can assess what needs to be adapted or prepared for the chosen production method and confirm any artwork scope before work starts.
What information gets me the clearest quote?
Share the item, quantity, preferred colours, logo or artwork, required date and whether you need collection or delivery. Photos or reference examples are helpful too.
